A VERY apt exhibition on day trippers can now be seen at The Gallery in Stratford.
The top tourist town welcomes about 3 million sightseers a year with open arms, but more so during the summer months.
Now the tables will be turned with day trippers themselves becoming an attraction in their own right.
To be held at The Gallery in the town's Leisure Centre until September 16, the free exhibition will highlight the dynamic relationship between Stratford, residents and visitors.
Five internationally known artists will be producing the art work in different mediums, including caricatures of day trippers portrayed as cats - all made possible by National Lottery.
As part of the exhibition workshops for children between eight to 12 years have been arranged.
To book workshop places at £5 per head, telephone Stratford District Council on 01789 260638.
