THOSE with a love of the theatre and stately homes are being invited to indulge in both passions tomorrow and next Friday.
The Royal Shakespeare Company is bringing its unique combination of skill and talent to Charlecote Park near Wellesbourne for two theatre workshop afternoons.
Activities, some of which involve audience participation, will range from actors demonstrating stage fighting, to backstage professionals explaining the work behind the wigs and make-up.
Charlecote's education officer, Dawn Bagley said: "The activities the RSC have planned are very exciting. There will be plenty for people of all ages to see and do.
"The National Trust hope this venture will be the start of a long and productive partnership."
The two events take place from 3pm to 5pm. Tickets can be obtained in advance from 01789 403403 at £5.00 and £2.50 for concessions, or on the door at £5.60 and £2.80.
