A SUCCESSFUL charity curry night at Cookley Tandoori raised £250 for the village on Sunday.
Syed Ahmed, owner of the Bridge Street eatery, donated half the profits of the event to the Cookley 2000 project, which has raised funds for a range of causes including a giant clock and fireworks displays.
