AN assault upon a disc jockey outside a Stourport nightclub was a case of delayed revenge, Worcester Crown Court heard.
Twenty-year-old Peter Grosvenor confronted DJ Stuart Percy and said: "Don't you remember knocking me off my bike when I was 12?"
Mr Percy, who had been working at The Outback in Lombard Street, was puzzled by the allegation and was then attacked, said Mr Jon-athon Attwood, prosecuting.
He was punched on the nose and knocked to the pavement, said Mr Attwood.
Grosvenor, of Olive Grove, Stourport, pleaded guilty to common assault and was given a two-year conditional discharge and ordered to pay £350 costs. He denied assault causing actual bodily harm and a not guilty verdict was entered.
