ATHLETICS: Amazing Feet's John Amos recorded a personal best at Worcestershire Midweek Series' Clent 10k road race, finishing in 37-29.
Debbie Sault also recorded a best in 44-59 with Eddie Sanders also running in 44-57.
Sault received the trophy for third placed lady in the series, while Amos was 11th male over-40.
