NEARLY 5,000 residents and businesses suffered another electricity cut yesterday as GPU Power continues to overhaul a mile of cabling under Redditch.
Half the customers in areas such as Brockhill, Batchley and Headless Cross were reconnected by noon but other areas had to wait until 3pm.
The power cut started at 10.50am.
