THE finishing touches are being made to 28 new homes in Winyates by one of the country's leading housing co-operatives.
Residents of Hollyoake Close have now moved in to their new one, two and three-bedroom houses built by Redditch Co-operative Homes.
Although work on the site started in October, the future residents had already formed their own co-operative and were working together to help design their homes.
