NEARLY 30 firefighters were called to tackle a blaze at a chicken hatchery near Mappleborough Green on Sunday.
Crews were alerted to Hyline at Lower Skilts Farm, Henley Road, at 9.45pm after a fault developed in a laundry room dryer, sparking the blaze.
A Warwickshire Fire Brigade spokesman said the 'sandwich panel' construction of the building was potentially dangerous for crews entering it as it could collapse in a fire.
Crews quickly brought the blaze under control and the building was smoke damaged.
Firefighters left the scene at 12.20am.
