TOWN councillors believe Alcester may be losing out on potential benefits from developments in the town.
In the past, when a sizeable application has been considered, the town council has asked that residents benefit from it in some way, as is the policy with other councils, under the 106 Agreement.
At a recent town council meeting, councillors said despite being promised play equipment by a company which was recently granted permission for a development, nothing had been received.
