SAMBOURNE Speedster Gordon Matthew is in a race against time to be fit for the next round of the Caterhams Roadsport Challenge at Oulton Park at the weekend.
Matthew's car is still being repaired after he was forced off the track at Snetterton in the last round last month.
He was set to learn this week whether he would be given the all-clear to compete in the double-header after registering for the race and booking testing time.
