TWO hard-working men from villages near Bromsgrove are strengthening the workforce at a new look property firm.
Andrew Pearson, of Barnt Green, and Richard Graves, of Alvechurch, are key players in the shake-up at Francis Graves Ltd, in Birmingham.
The Broad Street firm will now operate as Graves, and staff are being given a stake in the well-established company through a share scheme.
Mr Graves is strengthening the board and is joined by Mr Pearson, a new director.
Mr Pearson said: "The success of the company depends to a great extent on how motivated employees are, which is why we are introducing the share initiative.
"We will continue to develop the technical and professional skills needed in today's highly competitive economic climate."
The company has been in business for more than 40 years and has worked on many showpiece developments.
