VISITORS to Droitwich Spa's Norbury Theatre this autumn are in for a treat with a packed programme of events.
The autumn/winter season at the Friar Street venue kicks off with Agatha Christie's Spider's Web on Wednesday, September 12 at 7.30pm. It runs until Saturday, September 15.
Also on the same day, the children's theatre starts its season with a play called The Welsh Rabbit, at 2.30pm. It will also be performed on the third Saturday of October, November and December. In the past the plays have proved popular with children upto the age of 11.
The ever-popular Wizard of Oz will be taking to the boards on Monday, October 22 until the following Saturday and it looks set to be an active performance with 20 Munchkins.
This season's pantomime is Dick Whittington which runs from January 10 until January 28, 2002.
The production has a full cast but a choreographer is needed to work with 11 principals and chorus.
