AN estate agency could open at a controversial retail development in Droitwich Spa.
Permission is being sought to open the business at a new development, off Primsland Way.
Primsland Estates Ltd has submitted plans to Wychavon District Council for consideration.
Residents fought for ten years to block the development and their campaign was only halted when they lost an appeal against plans.
Two shops, including a convenience store, are planned at the site.
CDS Development Services Ltd, in Shirley, is responsible for the planning application.
CDS development surveyor Paul Whitehead could not confirm which firm wanted to take over the 500-750 sqft office but he said it would provide jobs in the area if plans are approved.
