A CANINE cutie has been snatched from a village near Droitwich Spa.
Poppy the West Highland terrier was stolen from her Berry Lane home, in Upton Warren.
The white, 18-month-old bitch has been missing since Saturday July 14.
Poppy's worried owner, David Leppington, said: "We can't believe someone would just take our much-loved pet.
"We're desperate to get her back home.
"It's sad because we had Poppy when our other West Highland terrier was run over and killed.
"Our eleven-year-old golden retriever, Daisy, gets terribly lonely and once again she has lost a companion."
Droitwich Spa's rural beat manager, PC Al Birkett, said: "Poppy's owners are extremely anxious for the safe return of their dog and are appealing in the region for help."
A reward, stumped up by Mr Leppington, is available for anyone who gives information leading to the safe return of Poppy.
Contact Mr Leppington on (01527) 861360 or call Droitwich Spa police on (01905) 723888.
