AN appeal by a mobile phone company against refusal of planning permission for a mast has been withdrawn.
One 2 One Personal Communications Ltd was turned down in its bid to erect a 15-metre mast on land off the B4197 at Collins Green, Knightwick.
The site is within an Area of Great Landscape Value and a Site of Special Scientific Interest.
The parish council had objected to the scheme on landscape grounds and because of access worries.
The phone company initially lodged an appeal against the refusal but has now withdrawn it.
