IN reference to the flooding in Pound Bank and Skyrrold Road, it does not surprise me at all, when you look at the drains in Madresfield Road and the entrance to Elgar Avenue, for example, you will find grass growing from all the vents. Often only one vent is cleared and they wonder why we have flooded roads.
