IT is irrelevant if Mr Oborski believed that Councillor Shaw's question was "stupid" (Shuttle, August 2) regarding the district council's internet site.
He responded inappropriately and unprofessionally by his offensive comment that he was greeted by a "typically Scottish phlegmatic grunt".
Does Mr Oborski have some hidden attitude towards Scottish people, or is he just rude?
Neither of these are qualities I, nor I would expect, the people of Wyre Forest,would wish to see in the leader of the district council.
