CHARGES of ram-raiding two Wyre Forest motor accessory shops are to be tried before a crown court judge, Kidder-minster magistrates have ruled.
Stephen Tolley, 26, of Hurcott Road, Kidderminster, is charged with attempted burglary using a vehicle, at Motorworld in Oxford Street, Kiddermin-ster, and Roaduser in Stourport's High Street last August.
He was bailed for committal for trial on August 24.
