GOLF: Jane Sharpe just edged the Silver Division August Medal at Wharton Park Golf Club ladies section, beating Pauline Kimberley on the back nine.
Silver Division: Sharpe 86 gross 15 handicap 71 nett, Pauline Kimberley 91-20-71.
Bronze Division One: Brenda Kerigan 98-26-72, Sylvia Whitby 99-24-75.
Bronze Division Two: Maggi Baylis 102-30-72, Pat Ridsdill 114-39-75.
