CLARCON Limited, a manufacturer of building products based in Worcester, has been the subject of a management buy-in.
Trefor Jenkins and Colin Black acquired the Blackpole Road company from Ensor Group plc for an undisclosed sum.
"Our plans are to build on Clarcon's successful trade record, expand its operations, and introduce new products," said Mr Jenkins.
"We see tremendous potential for the Clarcon business and are looking to double its turnover in the next 12 months."
The 50-year-old, who is now managing director, has specialised in the marketing and manufacture of building products since university.
Mr Black, aged 38, has become sales and marketing director.
His career has focused on sales and marketing, primarily within the building products industry.
