WORCESTER'S Under 21s put up a brave showing before losing 26-12 to England Under 19s at Sixways last night.
In an open and entertaining game Worcester scored two tries through hooker Chris Hall and flanker Brett Scriven, while Chris Holder, playing at stand-off instead of his usual position in the centre, kicked a conversion.
Worcester's teenage centre Andrew Higgins was eligible for either side but did not play. He was due to link up with the England Under 21s today in Surrey today ahead of their Six Nations clash with France in Valenciennes on Friday evening.
Meanwhile, no further progress has been made in the loan deal which would take flanker Ed Orgee to Moseley.
Transfer talks between Worcester's chief executive Geoff Cooke and Moseley's director of rugby John White began last week, but White said that the delay does not mean the deal will not go ahead.
