WORCESTER Rugby Club skipper Alistair Murdoch blamed the players' attitudes for their lack-lustre showing in Saturday's draw at Solihull.

The Australian was disappointed with his side's show during the 26-26 stalemate and said the performance was just not good enough.

He said: "Some of the players' attitudes were not good enough and it was a very disappointing performance. It was very surprising. There was a lot of talk during the week about making sure our attitude was right on the day -- obviously it wasn't in certain cases."

However, despite the poor display in Worcester's final National One game of the season, the centre-cum-winger is not calling for wholesale changes at the club.

"There are a lot of good players here that need to stay because if you keep tearing things down -- you don't build anything up.

"We probably just need to strengthen in three or four key positions."
