A Batchley teenager has been sent to a young offenders' institution for four months for assaulting a police officer.
Scott Patrick Fitzgerald, 18, of Foxlydiate Crescent, admitted to the charge which took place on April 25.
He was also charged with stealing lager worth £9.52 from an off-licence on the same day.
