A BOY of 10 faces trial before a crown court judge on a £350,000 arson charge.
The boy and a 13-year-old are accused of endangering life by setting fire to Dillons One-Stop newsagents shop at Foley Park, Kidderminster, in February.
Magistrates at a Kidderminster youth court bailed the boys to appear at Worcester Crown Court on July 30.
