THIS is the e-fit picture of a man who carried out two sexual assaults in the space of an hour but who has so far eluded Kidderminster Police.

The image has been put together in a renewed appeal to trace the man responsible for the frightening attacks which took place as lone women walked home after nights out in Kidderminster on Saturday, May 12, between 11.30pm and 12.30am the following day.

The first attack took place at the top of Prospect Hill near the Glades Leisure Centre when a 21-year-old was grabbed from behind and indecently assaulted. The man also exposed himself before she managed to run away.

Shortly afterwards another woman was grabbed in Franchise Street beside Kidderminster Hospital before she was indecently assaulted by the man, who again exposed himself.

The attacker is described as white, 5ft 5in tall, with short bleached, blonde hair, which was longer and spikey on top.

He is aged between 18 and 20 and was wearing a bright red top, which had a blue, white and red logo on the side of his chest.

He is of a medium to stocky build and one of the victims said he had a waddling gait and appeared to have an unusually long torso and short legs.

Police also want to speak to another man seen walking down the road by the victim just before the second attack.

Witnesses to either attack should call Kidderminster Police on 01562 820888 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555111.
