IT would be better if Coun Gary Kibblewhite spent time in ensuring those whose function it is to prosecute and clear the city of flyposters, graffiti and signs which offer to make you a rich person instead of worrying about election posters.
As usual, he has not got an eye on the ball. What has it to do with him if those who display Vote Conservative signs want to continue to show their loyalties?
