ALL the MPs who voted against capital punishment are responsible for the innocent victims of murderers convicted and released from derisory life sentences to murder again.
There have been many such victims since a Labour government ended capital punishment in 1965.
These victims should weigh heavily upon the consciences of those MPs - that is if they have consciences, which I very much doubt.
