I AM sure someone is enjoying geraniums, petunias, begonias, lobelia etc coming into flower in their garden.
I wonder if they ever think about the plant trays, labels, lawn cuttings and dead spring bulb foliage which was dumped in a gateway on a quiet country road?
I now have additional plant trays for next year and other rubbish is rotting on the compost heap.
Obviously someone somewhere enjoys a pretty garden but why dump in this way when there are county council facilities for disposal?
