Evesham B 49,
RSRE Ladies 39
EVESHAM were slow to get started and found themselves level at 10-10 after the opening quarter.
Strong attacking was mixed with passages of careless and erratic play but their game improved in the second quarter as they slowly increased their advantage to lead by ten goals.
Kathy Durrant stepped into the position of goal attack and made full use of well fed balls into from Pat Butson and some excellent shooting followed.
Pat Butson was another dominant figure now happily recovered from a knee injury when her presence was sorely missed.
She combined well with the shooters and was the real source of victory and was deservedly named player of the match.
