TREVOR Collingwood has been appointed general manager of Henley Golf and Country Club in Henley-in-Arden.
He arrives at Henley with a wealth of experience in all aspects of golf club management.
His responsibilities will include the day to day running of the club and its staff, the development of membership and golf related business together with the promotion of the magnificent conference and banqueting facilities which have recently been opened.
Trevor started his career as a PGA professional having achieved a scratch handicap at the age of 14. Following a position of club professional he took up the role as secre-tary/manager at Broke Hill Golf Club in Kent overseeing the creation and development of this new facility.
Until his recent arrival at Henley, his position of general manager at Orsett Golf Club in Essex involved him in project management, financial planning and future development of the club.
