CENTURIONS and slaves marched into Peopleton's Bowbrook House School this week.
There was no need for panic, though, as these weren't ancient Romans, but the school's older pupils working on a history project. As part of their work to find out what the Romans ever did for us, the school's 10 and 11-year-olds took the opportunity to dress in Roman costume on Tuesday to show off some of the clothes they had made themselves.
