IN the Worcestershire County Council elections, Alvechurch voters helped Conservative candidate Dr George Lord to victory, 51 per cent of total votes.
Labour's Derek Waters polled 32 per cent and the Lib Dem candidate Sandra Docker tallied 17 per cent of the votes.
The full results are:
Dr George Lord (Conservative) 2,333 votes (elected).
Derek Waters (Labour) 1,427 votes.
Sandra Docker (Lib Dem) 775 votes.
Wythall's Conservative candidate, Derek Woodward-Sheath, took the seat with 62 per cent of the total votes and Judith Marshall polling 38 per cent.
The full results are:
Derek Woodward-Sheath (Conservative) 2,861 votes (elected).
Judith Marshall (Labour) 1,731 votes.
