IN reply to D E Margrett (You Say, June 4 ) I would say never mind USA, if he is seeking an example of election rigging, look no further than New Labour.
After rigging the voting for the Welsh Assembly, and then the voting for the candidature for the Mayor of London, it appears that with the help of some unions they turned their attention to postal voting during the General Election.
