LONDON Welsh coach Adrian Davies has insisted there is no fear factor as Worcester Rugby Club travel to Old Deer Park tomorrow.

The National Division One leaders will be hoping to extend their advantage over Leeds Tykes with a victory in Surrey, but Davies believes his side could cause an upset.

Welsh lie third in the league and have won their last three games in the division, including an eye-catching win at Exeter.

Davies said: "There is certainly no fear factor for the players. We know that Worcester are the market leaders in our league and that is credit to them because they have done very well this season.

"It is a good challenge for us to see exactly where we are this season. I think things are beginning to come together but there is some way to go yet."

He added: "The Worces-ter match is probably the biggest game of the season for most clubs in this league and we are no different to anyone else. We are certainly looking forward to the match."

Worcester did the double over Welsh last season, but the game proved to be an exciting one with Les Cusworth's side winning narrowly 20-19.

That win, in October last year, saw a late Andy Currier try give Worcester victory -- after coming back from 12-0 down.

Tomorrow they will be chasing their fourth successive win at the ground which has become a happy hunting ground.

However, Worcester's director of coaching Adrian Skeggs is expecting a tough test.

He said: "There's no doubt about it, the game will be a test but my players are ready for a challenge.

"We know exactly what we will be up against, but I think the guys have enough about them to fight the Welsh dragon's fire with fire."
