IAN Heslop has represented Eve-sham Golf Club during the past five decades. The 71-year-old was "dragged out" last month to bolster the club's B team.
"They were desperate," he recalled. "I got thrashed but so did the team."
Ian now plays off 18 but his handicap has been as low as eight.
