SWIMMING: Prolific medal winner Chris Holmes has picked up two swimming titles at the BT Five Nations Challenge Trophy.
The Great Britain Paralympic ace struck gold in the 50m freestyle in the S12 category for partially-sighted swimmers in a time of 26.87 seconds.
And Holmes, of Kidderminster, also collected a silver in the 100m freestyle in one minute 01.46 seconds in Sheffield.
It was a good day for Great Britain who claimed 15,213 points from 16 events to win ahead of nearest rivals Poland.
