WYTHALL police are stepping up patrols in the village after a serious shed fire.
Fire crews were called out on Wednesday, May 23, after arsonists set fire to a bush, which spread to a fence and the shed, which backs on to the Beaudesert Nature Park in Arden Road.
Police are now hoping frequent patrols around the village will deter the arsonists.
