THERE seems to be a disturbing trend for drivers racing through Worcester at high speed through built up areas without wearing seat belts and while using mobile phones.
This is extremely stupid, dangerous and only showing off. When are the police going to get the message through that this type of driving carelessly will not be tolerated.
