A BROMSGROVE hotel will become an Indian cuisine hot spot with the arrival of one of the world's greatest curry chefs.
The Hanover International Hotel will play host to the culinary skills of Udit Sarkhel who will cook a variety of food to help celebrate Indian Food Week which runs until Saturday.
For £19.50, diners at the hotel's Parador Restaurant will be offered a multitude of mouth-watering meals including bhindi jaipuri and lemon rice with cashew nuts.
He will also cook an authentic Indian barbecue on Friday and Saturday night.
Udit is head chef for the Taj Mahal Hotel group and has won several national awards.
Hanover International Hotel general manager Tim Churchman said: "We are delighted to have such a world-renowned chef cook for us throughout our Indian Food Week.
"Visitors and guests will be able to enjoy a sensational dining experience."
