STRUGGLING Exhall and Wicksford upset the form book to shock Cotswold Premier leaders and neighbours Bidford on Saturday.
The derby brought Exhall their second win of the season after a rapid Tom Heneghan 40.
The leaders got off to a flier but were held to 160 for eight after economical bowling by Lee Chambers and Leon Gates.
With Chris Oscroft (40) and Gates (53) giving the underdogs a solid start, Heneghan guided them to a three wicket win.
And skipper Scott Carmichael is hoping the result will kick-start his side's season after consecutive defeats to Kineton and Overbury.
The villagers have a stern test on Saturday when they entertain high-flying Wellesbourne (2pm start).
Holidaying quick bowler Steve Keen is out but will be replaced by Sam Grinstead.
