A new Health and Social Care Task Group has been set up to ensure people receive the care they need.
The task group will be made up of Worcestershire County Council, its health authority and health trusts and will look at how to improve the health service in the county by pooling resources.
A three-month consultation exercise with the public to get their views about initial proposals will take place this summer.
