A WALKWOOD man wants Redditch Council to get the shears out and cut back overgrown road signs before there is a serious accident.
Clive Whittles, of Milford Close, says visitors to the town would find it impossible to get around because signs are covered by foliage.
He has taken photographs of obscured signs and is sending them to the council.
A council spokesman said the authority shared the responsibility of cutting back overgrowth with the Highways Agency.
Problems can be reported to area director south west Susan Hanley or environmental contracts manager Alan Share at the council.
