THE boss of a wheel-clamping firm operating in Bromsgrove has appeared before Redditch Magistra-tes charged with threatening behaviour.
Andrew Minshull, from Birmingham Road, Redditch, has pleaded not guilty to threatening a woman whose car he had clamped in Bromsgrove.
The 26-year-old is due to appear for trial at Redditch Magistrates Court on Monday August 13.
