Kenworth Business Services Ltd, in High Street, can "babysit" your business.
The company has been running since July last year and says its innovative idea is a big success.
Stephanie Maiden and April Kent, both of Bromsgrove, run the firm.
Stephanie said: "If you need to go on holiday, are ill or need a break we can act as a beacon office.
"Telephone calls, letters, faxes and e-mails can be diverted to us and we can keep your business organised in your absence.
"We have a special phone line which tells us which company the calls are for, enabling us to answer the phone in your company name."
The firm also offers secretarial and administration services, and rents office space.
