TOWN hall services will be reduced on Friday due to the electricity supply being turned off as part of building work in Royal Square.
Redditch Council has tested what can be run on the town hall's own generators and only limited corridor lighting will be available above the ground floor.
Most of the town hall will be closed on health and safety grounds and the fact PCs and equipment can't be used.
IT services, the One Stop Shop and elections staff are the only exceptions.
