ATHLETICS: Stourport High School's boys and girls athletics teams finished fourth in the English Schools Athletics Association Schools Cup at Worcester's Nunnery Wood.
There were outstanding performances from Matt Lucas in the 200m (25.40 seconds), Lewis Churchill 100m (12.50sec), Ashleigh Thackeray shot (11.92 metres), Alex Shore shot 11.48m), Mike Miller high jump (1.45m) and Sasha Cotterill javelin (26.24m).
Inter girls: Tenaya Webb (captain), Melissa Kennedy, Naomi Bryan, Alison Bolton, Rachel McGowan, Sarah Taylor, Sally Dyke, Cotterill, Laura Shuck, Alana Pugh, Sam Davis.
Inter boys: Miller (captain), Thackeray, Dan Packwood, Richard Murphy, Lucas, David Williams, Churchill, Jon Holden, Phil Baldwin, Shore, Henry Reader, Rob Phillips, John Cole, Rob Farmer.
