I WOULD like to congratulate Pc Stan Baker (Advertiser, May 9). Perhaps he could do the same for old people and increase the number of incidents they report.
At present, old people say the following: "It's no good reporting any incident to the police, they never do anything"; "If you report anything to the police, they say they cannot do anything".
So let's hope you can crack this one or do we need to have a case such as the death of Bill Clifford?
