DAVID Andrews (You Say, May 12) seems to forget the Americans have a free vote to elect their President. We on the other hand are expected to toe the line to unelected bureaucrats in Brussels.
It is my belief Winston Churchill alluded to a United States of Europe with Britain at the head. After all, we had just won the war, with the help from our Allies.
