The address I gave for people to contact about meat-free diets is not foreign and it only promotes dairy-free, meat-free lifestyles.
As for livestock markets being monitored by RSPCA inspectors, I have visited the local livestock market for the past two-and-a-half years and have never seen an RSPCA inspector there.
