A Kidderminster man has denied trying to pervert the course of justice with a forged letter to magistrates.
Jonathan Phipps, 50, of Honeybrooke Terrace, Franche, was remanded on bail at Worcester Crown Court for a trial date to be fixed. He is accused of asking Scott Denton to produce a forged letter intended for use as evidence in court.
